Delete your account

This page permanently deletes your JuppIt account (app package com.JuppIt.Jupp) and all data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to use it.

What will be deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (email address / Google account link)
Your list of saved PCs and remembered devices
Push-notification registrations for your devices (Find My Device)
Unattended-access host registrations owned by your account, including their passcodes
Usage meters and session activity records (connection history)

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period. JuppIt never stores your files or screen content on our servers (streams go directly between your devices), so there is no additional content to remove. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire automatically within 30 days.

Your JuppIt account and all associated data have been permanently deleted. If the app is still installed on any device, it will be signed out automatically.

Can't sign in (forgotten password, lost access to your email)? Send a deletion request from the email address on the account to admin@juppit.app and we will process it within 30 days.
